Artist(s) acknowledges that they will pay $1,500 for the first month of the 12 month contract. Artist(s) acknowledges that for the remaining 11 months they will pay $500 each month. Artist(s) acknowledges that all payments are to be made through 'Zelle' to Riley Ann Roesler.
Artist(s) acknowledges that Riley Ann Roesler will receive 10% of income generated from services she provides including but not limited to, merchandise sales.
Artist(s) acknowledges that Riley Ann Roesler will receive that 10% for services she provided in a monthly payment through ‘Zelle’. Exactly one month after that service goes live, including when merchandise and store go live online.
Riley Ann Roesler acknowledges that they will pay for website and link in bio host for duration of this contract. Riley Ann Roesler acknowledges that she will design, develop, and manage website for duration of this contract.
Artist(s) acknowledges that they will receive commercial use rights to Riley Ann Roesler merchandise designs.
Artist(s) acknowledges that Riley Ann Roesler merchandise designs can only be used on merchandise with approval from Riley Ann Roesler on product, product color, product placement, and Online Store.
Riley Ann Roesler retains creative credit for all work completed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Riley Ann Roesler acknowledges that she will work closely with Artist(s) on all services, receiving their input, visions, and ideas. Final creative decisions will be made with the intent of advancing the Artist(s) brand integrity and marketability.
Riley Ann Roesler acknowledges that Artist(s) will receive one round of revisions for each service.
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York.
Both Parties agree to act in good faith and maintain professionalism in all dealings.
Artist(s) acknowledges that all services, packages and products created by Riley Ann Roesler are NON-REFUNDABLE.
This contract remains for the duration of 12 months.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, Riley Ann Roesler shall be entitled to compensation for any services completed or revenue generated up to the termination date.
Rights granted to Artist for completed work shall survive termination, provided compensation has been paid in full.
